Palinka tasting

 

Duration of the program: 1 hour

Conditions for participation:

-          persons above the age of 18 years

-          at least 6 persons, currently a maximum of 30 persons

-          preliminary conciliation shall be necessary

 

Topics of the program:

- viewing of the technology and professional information about the 2 types of cooking methods (in some cases, during operation, too)

- history, geographic distribution, domestic and foreign traditions of palinkas and fruit spirits

- local versions of palinka and brandy preparation in Hungary

- introduction of assessment and rating aspects of palinka types; consummation recommendations

- Palinka tasting

  1. Standard

 It covers the following: tasting of 4 x 2 cl of palinka (made of plum, apple, peach, grape) and the accessories of taste separation (cheese, apple, crescent roll)

Price: HUF 2,000 per person

 

  1. Extra

       It covers the following: tasting of 5 x 2 cl of palinka (made of plum, apple, peach, sour cherry, grape) and the

       accessories of taste separation (Peasant plate)

      Price: HUF 2,800 per person

 

 

  1. Exclusive

It covers the following: tasting of 4 x 2 cl of palinka specialties (made of forest berries, raspberry, quince, etc.) and the accessories of taste separation (Peasant plate)

Price: HUF 3,500 per person
