Our guesthouse
The Tisza Lake Guest House has been constructed in a building of a rich peasant house built in the mid-1850s. While carrying out the full renovation of the house we strived to preserve its original atmosphere and simultaneously to meet the expectations for conveniences of our age.
There are two apartments constructed in the house; one of them is suitable to accommodate disabled guests as well. The period furniture and utensils help visitors gain insight into the 19th century village lifestyle.
There is a cellar room adjoining the house where our guests can take a rest on both hot summer and cold winter days as well as take part in our wine and pálinka tasting programmes.
In the 1,000m2-garden we have constructed a 60m2-garden pavilion where visitors can find cooking facilities. At request we can serve local special dishes (mutton stew a la Kunság, Tisza fish soup, etc.). There is also a children’s sand pit in the garden.
We can provide our guests with bikes for visiting the places in the neighbourhood and we organize outings by off-road vehicles, ship or kayaks. It is an ideal programme for fishing.
Our partner companies are recommended the thermal bath and fun pool with a wellness unit, jacuzzi and massage. Visitors are offered excellent special dishes within the area of the spa.
Closed car park controlled with cameras.
SZÉP Card accepted.
The high standards represented by the Guest House are guaranteed by the national certification mark with 4 sunflowers issued by the Ministry for National Economy.
